Originally from NSW, Karen but moved to the Gold Coast as a young child. Karen relocated to Gladstone in 2014 and started working at New Auckland Place in 2015 as an AIN, transferring to the Physio Team. Karen’s current role is as the Diversional Therapist leading the Lifestyle Team. Karen has 25 years’ experience in aged care which includes positions such as AIN, Diversional Therapist and Aged Care Advocate. This demonstrates why Karen is very passionate about ensuring residents maintain the best quality of life possible.In her spare time, Karen enjoys the outdoors, especially camping and travelling and spending time with her family.
