Dawn first became involved with New Auckland Place during its construction when she was part of the project team that was responsible for building and commissioning the facility. After the building completion in 2010 Dawn commenced in the role of Facility Manager responsible for the essential operation of the facility which involved recruiting and orientating staff. Whilst there have been many wonderful moments during her years at Nap her proudest moment so far has been welcoming the first resident through the doors on the 19/10/2010.Dawn’s previous management experience and corporate background provides NAP with a solid overall operation focussing on excellent service delivery and providing residents with holistic care.Dawn’s philosophy at New Auckland Place is; “Provide a fun place for residents to live, whilst focussing on excellent clinical care and emotional support for residents and their families.”When not at work, Dawn enjoys being out on the water, live music, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
